Chris JenkinsChristopher Jenkins, who places himself half-way between craftsman and fine artist, creates his sculptures from discarded pieces of old machines and instruments that are normally considered outmoded or junk. The creatures that emerge each carry the resonance of these objects’ previous lives making each character a unique exploration of the artist’s personality.
Christopher studied BA Illustration at Falmouth College of Arts. He has exhibited widely across London and Cornwall, as well as Bargate Gallery, Southampton and Quay Arts, Michael West Gallery, Isle of Wight.
He is represented by The Making Hampshire.
